How am I different from other real estate agents?
I am so confident in my marketing program that I offer a written “No Commission Sales Guarantee” if I do not sell your home. My comprehensive marketing plan is designed to get your home the maximum amount of exposure in the shortest period of time. Each step involves proven techniques that leverage the opportunities to showcase your home to key people that can either buy your home or help us find the right buyer: Prospective homebuyers, local real estate agents and investors.
I will provide you with an extensive comparative pricing model that will strategically price your home to be competitive with the current market and current price trends.
I will conduct a detail market analysis to determine the true Days on Market (DOM) using the absorption rate which is the most important information for you in setting realistic expectations about the time needed to sell your home at market price.
My No Commission Sales Guarantee:
1. I will sell your home using my comprehensive marketing designed specifically for your home based on the current market and current price trends.
2. I will give you a written guarantee to sell your home in a realistic pre-set time frame using the comprehensive absorption rate analysis for your home.
3. I will continue to sell your home and you do not have to pay my commission in the event I do not sell your home based on the current market and current price trends in the realistic pre-set time frame.
My Pledge to You
Rudy’s Pledge… “My real estate dollar volume or the number of transaction I have completed over the years is not important, what is important is producing the results for my individual clients time after time, and this is my pledge to each and every client I represent…success one client at a time.”

Personal
For over 20 years, I have worked in various capacities championing the causes in community-based organizations as a leader and/or behind-the-scenes roles, getting work done and helping to formulate policies and build vision. Many of the most difficult and challenging assignments required me to have constant contact and communication with various congressional lesions, state and/or local government representatives, federal agencies, members of the media, community leaders, federal or governmental personnel, and other agencies, which I gladly accepted and delivered.
Over the years, through demonstrated willingness to pitch in and help out with various facets of programs that required attention to detail and the coordination/processing of paperwork, I gained expert knowledge of what it takes to manage, lead and oversee a diverse myriad of policies and procedures through hard work and participation that has been enhanced by working with the following community based organizations:
